Accord fabricates 6 slot Marpol oily water discharge flange, 4 slot Marpol sewage discharge flange, and Marpol blind flanges. Custom fabrication of standard concentric and eccentric reducers with ANSI, DIN, and JIS flanges are common. Accord offers standard and OCIMF concentric reducers, eccentric reducers for both cargo and vapor transfer in carbon steel and stainless steel.
Accord custom fabricates expansion joints for product transfer and engine exhaust service in single or multi-ply, with ANSI, DIN, and JIS flanges in either a “Fixed” or “Swivel/Floating” flange arrangement. Accord fabricates & stocks wyes, spool pieces, flange pipe hatches, tees, flanged TTMA elbows, flanged valve elbows, paddle blind flanges, insulating flanges, hose buns, hose slings, hose saddles, water tobey (cleaning gun/sprayer), water, air and electric driven ventilators, pressure gauges, pipe repair clamps, swivel joints, strainers, pipe line cleaning pigs, gauge glass, and many additional items.
6 Slot Marpol Flanges

6 Slot Marpol Oily Water Discharge Flange – Standard oily water discharge connections are designed to accept pipes up to a maximum internal diameter of 125mm (5”) either bored to the OD of the customer’s pipe, so the flange can be welded to pipe, or the customer may request the flange be threaded with a Male or Female NPT threaded coupling (please specify thread size and type). The flanges are usually carbon steel.

Accord also produces 6 slot, oily water and 4 slot, sewage discharge marpol flanges in Bronze C46400 Naval Brass and stainless steel.
The flange has a flat face and is rated for service pressures up to 600Kpa (87 PSI). The flange can be supplied with a gasket, bolts, washers, and nuts upon request.
Hose Buns & Hose Slings

Hosebuns – are the foremost method to suspend hose in a permanent or temporary, semi-rigid position. Hosebun offers effective, efficient, and safe hose suspension that cradles the hose within various industrial and commercial sites and applications. Hosebun products are used in the oil & gas, petrochemical industries, hi-hose refueling stations, overland & offshore shipping, transportation, military, and aircraft refueling depots, keeping work sites safer and hoses protected longer.
Hose Handling Slings – are used to handle hoses to help prevent kinking, crushing and cutting of the hose. This is accomplished by distributing the load evenly over the width of the sling. The sling is designed for use in a choker hitch only. Variations of width and length are available.
Expansion Joints

Expansion Joints – are offered in both low (exhaust) and high (steam/product conveyed) pressure, in standard live lengths typically with flanged ends. Accord’s common basic single expansion joint absorbs all the movement, axial extension and compression of the pipe’s section into which it is installed. Multi-Ply expansion joints provide maximum life cycle. Tie rods, flow liners, and covers can also be added to the expansion joint. Accord fabricates in-line pressure balanced, elbow pressure balanced, externally pressurized, sleeve/slide, universal, tied universal, dual, pump connectors, Victaulic grooved, hinged, Gimbal, rectangular, metal duct, large low pressure blower and fan metal expansion joints.
4 Slot Marpol Flanges

4 Slot Marpol Sewage Discharge Flange – Standard sewage discharge connections are designed to accept pipes up to a maximum internal diameter of 100mm (4”) either bored to the OD of the customer’s pipe, so the flange can be welded to pipe, or the customer may request the flange be threaded with a Male or Female NPT threaded coupling (please specify thread size and type). The flanges are usually carbon steel, with additional alloys available upon request. The flange has a flat face and is rated for service pressures up to 600Kpa (87 PSI). The flange can be supplied with a gasket, bolts, washers, and nuts upon request.
Hose Caddy, Horse, and HOG

Hose Caddy’s – move hoses with ease, which are available in Aluminum weighing 60 lbs. or Steel weighing 82 lbs., weight includes castors. Designed for 6″ (150mm) through 12″ (300mm) large bore hose or bundles of small 3-4″ (75-100 mm) hoses. 6″ heavy duty swivel castors on all four corners provide easy rolling, with a working load capacity of 725 kgs/1600 lbs.. Equipped with latex treated nylon web slings, for securing the hose and preventing slippage during transport. Hose Caddy’s are available in several powder coating colors, with intensity reflective markers applied on both ends to ease locating in adverse night time conditions.
Hose Horse’s – hose horses are molded plastic hose stands in orange, yellow, or red with reflective decals. Hose horses have a contoured radius allowing support of hoses from 2” to 24”, with a height ranging from 11” to 42”, and shipping weight from 4 lbs. to 18 lbs. depending upon the hose horse model.
HOG’s Hose Off Ground – when hoses are used with pumps; and are laid upon gravel or rocks, hose damage can occur from the pump vibration causing hoses to leak. To prevent the damage HOG’s made of polyurethane, for use with 2″ to 4″ ID hoses, keep the hose off the ground, standing 7″ high.
Custom Fabrication

Accord has 35+ years experience in fabricating wyes, spool pieces, tees, flanged hatch lid piping, and more per customer’s drawings &/or specifications. MIG and TIG are the welding types used. Accord can provide NDT Radiographic testing services upon request. Accord is dedicated to providing quality products, prompt delivery turnarounds, while maintaining economical costs for products.
Insulating Flange

Spool-Type Insulating Flange – A different principle of an insulation joint is to use a spool of insulating material bolted between the two hose flanges. The main advantage of this type of insulating flange is that the minimum resistive path is in the order of one inch. The flange is very simply a one-piece item and the method of fixing is foolproof. Tests carried out on this flange show very high electrical resistance and, during a flow test when a flow rate of 4.7 meters/sec using kerosene was achieved, there was no indication of any electrostatic build-up whatsoever.
Concentric & Eccentric Reducers

Concentric and Eccentric Pipe Reducers – are fittings that can be used to control the flow within a piping system. There are two major types of reducers: concentric and eccentric. Pipe reducers are pipe fittings that connect a larger pipe to a smaller pipe, reducing the size of the pipe in the pipe system, from one size to another size. Accord offers standard and OCIMF specification reducers in stainless steel and carbon steel, for a variety of liquids/chemicals &/or vapors/gases conveyed through piping systems.
Hydrotesting, Recertifying, Repair, & Disposal

Hydrostatic testing, Re-certifying, Repair, & Disposal – are services Accord offers to customers. To hydro-test hoses that have been in service; the hose must be drained, cleaned, and free of any chemicals, hydrocarbons, &/or vapor. If the hose passes visual inspection, hydrostatic testing to 1.5x the working pressure, and electrical continuity, the hose will be re-certified. If the hose fails hydrostatic testing and Accord deems the hose to be repairable; Accord notifies the customer and offers an estimate for the repairs/testing. When the hose fails an inspection and is unrepairable, Accord offers disposal of hose(s) for additional costs.
