Accord manufactures and assembles hoses Composite, Rubber, Stainless Steel/Metal Flex, Polymer, PTFE, PVC, Thermoplastic, Fire, and Hydraulic hoses.
Hoses are designed to convey chemical, acid, biofuels, petroleum, vapor, cryogenic, submersible, and other specific applications. Hoses form an integral part of product transfer operations. Accord’s team can assist with the hose choice based on assessments that cover appropriate use, safety, and operational efficiency.
Fire Equipment
Accord’s fire hose product line includes Single Jacket, Double Jacket, Red Nitrile, UL labeled, FM approved, fire hoses, coupled with NST, NPSH, BSPP, Storz, Nakajima, British Instantaneous/John Morris, Machino, NOR, Barcelona, Guillemen, UNI, and SMS couplings.
Couplings – Fittings
Accord stocks a complete line of hose couplings, fittings, and accessories ANSI, JIS, DIN, flanges, standard cam & groove, auto-locking, self-locking, reducing, Break-Away, Dry-Disconnect/Dry-Break, ground joint, steam quick disconnect, universal or crowsfoot, king combination nipples, sandblast, industrial quick connect, and branch/star pipe couplings. Accord stocks stainless steel crimp ferrules, sleeves, two, four, and six-bolt, spiral double bolt, T bolt, and worm gear clamps, Brass and Stainless Steel Ball, and Gate valves.
Specialty Equipment
Fabricate 6 slot Marpol oily water discharge flange, 4 slot Marpol sewage discharge flange, and Marpol blind flanges. Custom fabrication of standard concentric and eccentric reducers with ANSI, DIN, and JIS flanges are common. Offering standard and OCIMF concentric reducers, eccentric reducers for both cargo and vapor transfer in carbon steel and stainless steel. Custom fabrication of expansion joints for product transfer and engine exhaust service in single or multi-ply, with ANSI, DIN, and JIS flanges in either a “Fixed” or “Swivel/Floating” flange arrangement. Fabrication of wyes, spool pieces, flange pipe hatches, tees, flanged TTMA elbows, flanged valve elbows, paddle blind flanges, insulating flanges, hose buns, hose slings, hose saddles, water tobey (cleaning gun/sprayer), water, air and electric driven ventilators, pressure gauges, pipe repair clamps, swivel joints, strainers, pipe line cleaning pigs, gauge glass, and many additional items.
