Style 400 – Style 400F

Style 400 Pure Flexible Graphite – A flexible graphite sheet. The expanded graphite flake particles are mechanically locked together with adhesive bonded and laminated to the required thickness.
Style 400F Flexible Graphite with 316SS Foil Inserted – A flexible graphite sheet reinforced with a 316SS foil. The expanded graphite flake particles are locked together and bonded and laminated to the 316SS foil core in the center.
Applications: Flexible graphite sheet has pressure-temperature sealability capabilities that are superior to reinforced non-asbestos sheet products, are resistant to chemical attack by virtually all organic and inorganic fluids, with the exception of concentrated oxidizing acids. Gaskets cut from flexible graphite sheet seal with low to moderated bolt loads and conform to irregular flange sealing surfaces with both smooth and coarse surface finishes.
Style 533N – Style 533S

Style 533N Non-Asbestos Sheet With NBR Binder – A compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket produced from aramid and synthetic fibers bonded with NBR.
Style 533S Non-Asbestos Sheet With SBR Binder – A compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket produced from aramid and synthetic fibers bonded with SBR.
Applications: Water, brine, mild acids, alkalis, saturated steam, air, and refrigerants.
Style 555 – Style 850

Style 555 – Wire Inserted Non-Asbestos Sheet With NBR Binder – A compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket produced from aramid and synthetic fibers reinforced with a woven wire mesh and bonded with NBR.
Style 850 – Compressed Carbon Fiber Sheet With NBR Binder – A compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket produced from carbon and graphite bonded with NBR.
Applications: Saturated steam, water, brine, mild acids, alkalis, oils, solvents, and refrigerants.
Style 2400 – Style 700

Style 2400 – PTFE Sheet – Inert to almost all chemicals, it cannot be dissolved and exhibits no moisture absorption. It is best known for its chemical resistance. Electrical properties are excellent. PTFE has an extremely low coefficient of friction. Very few materials stick to PTFE.
Applications: Handle virtually all chemicals with the exception of molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.
Style 700 – Viton Sheet – Viton are high-technology elastomers designed for extreme heat, oil, and chemical resistance. Commercial grade. Smooth plate finish or light fabric finish. 75 Durometer.
Applications: Nearly equal to silicone materials in heat resistance while resisting aliphatic-aromatic and halo- generated hydrocarbons, concentrated acids, and alkalis, also animal and vegetable oils.
Style 600 – Style 610

Style 600 Red Rubber Sheet – Remains pliable under service conditions and has low flow under bolting pressures. This compound does not readily creep or blow out under normal temperatures or pressures.
Applications: Exceptionally good material for use against hot or cold water, air and low pressure saturated steam, not exceeding 50 PSI.
Style 610 Pure Gum (Live) Rubber – Pure vegetable rubber compound for softness and tensile strength.
Applications: Excellent sealing material for applications involving light bolt pressures or extreme flange irregularities. Hot or cold water, aqueous solutions, except for concentrated Sulfuric acid and Nitric acid.
Style 612 – Style 612N

Style 612 Buna-N, Diaphragm Sheet – A high-quality nitrile sheet with nylon.
Applications: This diaphragm sheet is suitable for oil, grease, and solvent services.
Style 612N Neoprene Diaphragm Sheet – This neoprene sheet is reinforced with cotton duck plies providing structural strength to the material.
Applications: A strong, flexible, oil-resistant diaphragm material designed to transmit pulsations between gases, air, and fluids.
Style 615 – Style 624N

Style 615 Cloth Inserted SBR Sheet – Manufactured from high-quality fabric and rubber compounds for service where ordinary rubber gaskets may creep.
Applications: Hot or cold water, air, gas, low-pressure steam, and hydraulic equipment service. For general gasket use where movement in service, bolts, clamps, and pressures require a reinforced rubber sheet.
Style 624N Cloth Inserted Buna-N Sheet – Manufactured from high-quality fabric and Buna-N, a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene.
Applications: Excellent resistance to most petroleum oils and greases, gasoline, alcohols, LP gases, and fuels oils. Good abrasion resistance. Does not swell like neoprene.
Style 620 – Style 624

Style 620 Neoprene Sheet – Compound of neoprene and carbon black formulated to resist oils and solvents. This sheet will give minimum flow under bolting pressures, with sufficient recovery to maintain a seal for prolonged periods.
Applications: Oils, hot or cold water, non-aromatic petroleum derivatives, fatty oils, and solvents, except chlorinated, aromatic, or ketone types.
Style 624 Nitrile Buna-N Sheet – Manufactured from high-quality fabric and Buna-N Rubber, a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene.
Applications: Excellent resistance to most petroleum oils and greases, gasoline, alcohols, LP gases, and fuels oils. Good abrasion resistance. Does not swell like neoprene.
Style 641 – Style 645

Style 641 Vegetable Fiber Sheet – Tough vegetable fiber impregnated with a chemical binder to resist the penetration of liquids. Heavily compressed during manufacture to close tolerances.
Applications: Designed especially for use against gasoline, oil, benzene, grease, hot and cold water.
Style 645 Cork and Neoprene Sheet – Designed especially for use of gasoline, oil, benzene, grease, hot and, cold water.
Applications: Cork/neoprene manufactured sheet material is resistant to oils, fuels, weather, and water.
All Valve – All Joint

All Valve– 100% virgin expanded PTFE in a braid- over-core construction with a round cross-section. The construction produces a firm but conformable packing for handling high pressures and conforms to worn valve stems and stuffing boxes.
All Joint – 100% virgin expanded PTFE is more flexible than regular PTFE and conforms to irregular, rough surfaces, flanges, and heat exchangers. The material is easy to compress and exhibits excellent resistance to creep and cold flow. Joint sealant is a continuous tape with a self-adhesive backing strip to facilitate easy installation. 100% PTFE, can handle virtually all chemicals from 0-14 pH range.
